• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed with specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are never held in transit over a weekend.
